North State Trucking uses SMS messaging to communicate with drivers and customers regarding operational and service-related matters.

- Dispatch updates and load assignments
- Pickup and delivery notifications
- Schedule changes and job coordination
- Document and portal reminders
- Payment and account notifications
Messaging is strictly operational and not promotional.
Opt-In
Recipients opt in to receive SMS messages by providing express consent through:
- Driver onboarding forms
- Portal signup or first login consent checkbox
- Written or digital service request forms
Consent is not a condition of contracting.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity, active loads, and account needs.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.
